Scott Gardner Promoted to Associate Director in Illinois

Scott Gardner has accepted his new role as Associate Director of Operations in Illinois, following his previous service as Supervisor of Operations in Texas.

Scott has been with Tower Loan for 15 years. He is originally from Sikeston, Missouri. In this new role, he will oversee sixteen offices.

He began his career with Tower Loan in June 2010 as a Manager Trainee in Sikeston, Missouri. In 2011, he was promoted to Manager in Kennett, Missouri. Over the years, he continued to expand his leadership experience by managing several branches across Missouri, including Farmington, St. Charles, De Soto, and Columbia. From 2017 to 2022, he led the Farmington office once again before being promoted to Supervisor in Texas, where he currently oversees multiple branches and continues to drive success through strong leadership and dedication.

When asked about his journey and what this promotion means to him, Scott shared, “I am extremely eager and grateful for the opportunity Tower Loan has given me. I’m thrilled to help train, empower, and grow Illinois to new levels while also developing more leaders within the company as Tower continues to expand. Being part of this leadership and growth is what drives me day-to-day, and I’m excited to see where it takes us all.”

Scott is a proud graduate of Tower University and has been recognized numerous times for his leadership and performance. Over the years, he has earned over 33 awards, including Rookie of the Year, Top Bonus Achiever, Most Consistent, Back-to-School Goal Achiever, and Christmas Goal Achiever. He is also a two-time recipient of the Tower Spirit Award, a testament to his dedication, positive attitude, and embodiment of the company’s values.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, his better half of nine years. They share their home with two spoiled pups, Delilah and Mosby, and love traveling together and trying new foods. Scott is also a lifelong car enthusiast. His passion for cars began in childhood and has evolved into an exciting (and high-adrenaline!) hobby that fuels his weekends.
