Justice Walker Promoted to Supervisor in Texas

Justice Walker has accepted his new role as Supervisor in Texas, having previously served as Manager in Humble, Texas.

Justice has been with Tower Loan for 6 years. He is originally from Vicksburg, Mississippi. In this new role, he will oversee eight offices.

He began his career with Tower Loan in April 2019 as a Manager Trainee in Southwest Jackson, Mississippi. Shortly after, he was promoted to Manager at the Danville, Illinois office in January 2020. He then managed Fairview Heights, Illinois, before briefly stepping away. Justice returned to Tower Loan as a Manager Trainee in North Jackson, Mississippi, in October 2021. He went on to serve as a manager in two Texas offices, Humble and Missouri City, before becoming the Manager of Missouri City in July 2022. In March 2024, he was promoted to Senior Manager in Humble, where he continued to lead until his recent promotion to Supervisor.

When asked why he loves working at Tower, Justice expressed, “More than anything, I enjoy working with genuine, caring people who look out for each other both personally and professionally. Tower Loan offers a strong culture of growth and opportunity, where hard work is rewarded. I also take pride in the way we serve our customers and the incentive structure that allows us to control our success—you truly get out what you put in.”

Justice has earned several accolades during his time at Tower Loan, reflecting his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. He was recognized as a Back-to-School Achiever in both 2020 and 2024, as well as a Christmas Goal Achiever in 2023 and 2024. In 2024, he was honored with the Tower Spirit Award and named Salutatorian of the Tower University graduating class. These achievements highlight Justice’s dedication to growth, consistency, and the positive influence he brings to the Tower Loan team.
