As a Finance Manager in Training, you will learn about our business through a comprehensive one-year training program where you learn about personal loans, home equity loans and retail sales financing. This in-depth training prepares you to advance rapidly to higher levels of income and increased responsibility in the company. The Finance Manager in Training position is the pivot point of our business. Everyone at Tower Loan, including the CEO, learned the business and built their success starting right here.
