Manager Trainee - Tower continues to grow each year. In order to sustain this level of growth, we need quality individuals. Thus, we need Manager Trainees who are willing to take advantage ot the opportunity and train for the Manager position. We will provide you with training, salary and benefits, and an opportunity to advance within the Company at a fast pace. We prefer work experience in a fast paced customer service industry and sales. A successful candidate will be self motivated, have a burning desire to succeed, have goals of managing their own office and supervise their own staff. No prior finance experience required, We offer competitive starting salary and above average benefits to include Health Insurane. 401k, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays and many others, We prefer BS Mgt, Mkt, Bus, Admin. But degree is not required. Relocation within MS, LA and MO is required after the successful completion of a 12 month training program. Training can start in many of our local branches.
